A. Yes, most of our classes are available to people who are not employed by the hospital.

Q. I need assistance with Microsoft Office. Can you help me?

Q. I received a new badge number and now I cannot log into NetLearning. What do I do?
A. Employee information is updated in NetLearning every Tuesday at 4:00. If you receive a new badge number mid-week, please take note of your old number until the system is updated. If you cannot remember your old number, call Educational Technology at 304-598-4700 for assistance.
Q. I completed a HIPAA/Compliance CBL and it's still on my To Do list. What did I do wrong?
A. The HIPAA/Compliance CBL have an extra step to take in order to score the exam. After the exam is complete and you exit the CBL, please click on the Save Score and return to the Student Interface button on the Content Landing Page. This will place the CBL onto your transcript.
Q. How do I review my department's CBL assignments. Who do I contact?
