Q. I am interested in taking part in the Emerging Leaders Institute (ELI) in the coming year, who do I talk to about getting enrolled?
A. ELI students are selected on a yearly basis. Generally, the selection is based on a nomination from a Vice President. However, if you are interested, please let your manager know that you want to be considered as a candidate. Your manager will, then, continue the conversation with the next level manager...and so on until a VP is also involved.
